Customer Portal#
The Customer Portal is the central hub for i-doit users. Here you can find installation packages, the currently valid offline license for download, as well as an overview of your subscription and purchased products (e.g., i-doit add-ons).
You can reach the Customer Portal at:
To log in, you need your license token. You receive this during the ordering process.
After navigating to https://center.i-doit.com/, you will land on the login page.
After logging in, you will see the Dashboard.
Under Subscription, you can find information about your subscription.
Under Invoice, you can see invoices and invoice details.
Under Help, you can find helpful links and a contact form for support.
Under Advanced, you can find the offline license. You need this if your i-doit instance does not have internet access.
Under Downloads, the portal lists all available downloads.
