Predefined Content#

The predefined content is divided into the following sections#

  • CMDB Status — You can organize and edit the existing statuses with the CMDB status function.
  • Contact Assignment Roles — In i-doit, contact assignment roles provide the ability to define the type of function during contact assignment.
  • Custom Counters — Here you can add custom counters to your i-doit.
  • Dialog Admin — With the Dialog Admin, you can organize and edit the content templates of all Dialog+ fields.
  • Object Relationship Types — With the object relationships function, you can organize and edit all relationships within i-doit.
  • QR Code — Configure the QR code settings in this dialog.
