Contact Assignment Roles#

Under Administration → Predefined Content → Contact Assignment Roles, you manage the roles that can be assigned during contact assignment to an object. This defines in which function a person or person group is associated with an object -- for example, as Administrator, User, or Owner.

i-doit already comes with some default roles such as Administrator, User, and Owner. You can add additional roles, rename existing ones, or remove unneeded roles. The roles defined here are then available for selection in the Contact Assignment category of all objects. Via the permission system and the Report Manager, evaluations and permissions can be specifically restricted to certain contact roles.
