Request Tracker (RT)#
Request Tracker (RT) is a web application for setting up and operating a service desk. RT and i-doit can exchange data via the RT extension RT::Extension::ReferenceIDoitObjects. It uses the i-doit API to link tickets to one or more objects which are managed by i-doit. All tickets in i-doit which are linked to an object can be listed in the All tickets category. Changes to ticket-to-object links are documented in the i-doit logbook. The extension supports the tenant capability of i-doit.
