SHD Connect - Telekom Adapter#

With the Telekom adapter for the SM-View Connect add-on, it is possible to automatically import contract data and SIM cards from the Deutsche Telekom portal into i-doit. This way, you can keep track of mobile phone contracts, assigned SIM cards, and their contract periods directly in your CMDB.

The adapter connects to the Telekom portal and reads the stored contract and SIM card data. These are created or updated as objects in i-doit, so you can centrally document mobile devices, SIM cards, and contracts and link them with other IT objects.

To use the adapter, you need a corresponding license, which you can obtain via the Marketplace of i-doit GmbH or directly from SHD.
