Migration#

This section describes the migration from VIVA1 to VIVA2.

Prerequisites#

  • VIVA1 and VIVA2 are installed. The IT-Grundschutz Compendium has been imported into VIVA2.

Steps#

  1. Select information domains
  2. Adopt target object groups
  3. Assign modules and check suggestions
  4. Assign requirements and check suggestions
  5. Start migration and verify the result

Post-processing#

  • Manually check non-assignable entries
  • Perform spot checks in reports and in the IT-Grundschutz check
