Reports#
The VIVA2 add-on installs several reports that are assigned to the "IT-Grundschutz" report category. This currently includes four standard reports:
My Assigned Requirements#
This report shows all open requirements that are assigned to the currently logged-in user in the IT-Grundschutz check (as "responsible for implementation"), sorted by planned implementation date.
Missing Responsibilities#
This report shows all target objects/target object groups that are directly assigned to an information domain and do not have a contact assignment with one of the following roles:
- Service Manager
- IT-GS: Information Security Officer (ISB)
- IT-GS: Generally responsible
- IT-GS: Subject matter expert
- Administrator
Responsibilities#
This report shows all target objects/target object groups that are directly assigned to an information domain along with their contact assignments that have one of the following roles:
- Service Manager
- IT-GS: Information Security Officer (ISB)
- IT-GS: Generally responsible
- IT-GS: Subject matter expert
- Administrator
Covered by Information Domains#
This report shows all objects, sorted by information domain, that are either directly assigned to an information domain or are members of a target object group assigned to an information domain.
The six variable reports are all integrated via custom categories of the same name in the information domain and are described there.
